  1. 1. <\/strong>Bringing the entire SHINKOSHA group together and demonstrate synergies by uniting the minds of all employees in order to achieve our goals.<\/li>\n
  2. 2. <\/strong>Thoroughly putting the customer first, standing from the customer’s perspective, and making sure that our customers are even more satisfied and delighted.<\/li>\n
  3. 3. <\/strong>Upgrading our capability of product development and production engineering, expanding the lineup of high value-added products, and further improving the quality of our products.<\/li>\n
  4. 4. <\/strong>Continuously improving and reforming operations to increase manufacturing yields, reduce costs and raise productivity across the company.<\/li>\n
  5. 5. <\/strong>Thoroughly practicing the 5S methodology at every workplace, eliminating careless mistakes and further reducing complaints from customers.<\/li>\n
  6. 6.<\/strong> The above company-wide quality policies are incorporated into each department’s quality goals, and each department makes every effort to achieve those goals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Environmental Policy<\/h2>\n

    Basic Philosophy<\/h3>\n

    Under the motto of “Earth-friendly manufacturing company”, SHINKOSHA Co., Ltd. recognizes global environmental conservation as one of the most important issues and strives to conserve resources and prevent environmental pollution.<\/p>\n

    Environmental Policy<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. 1. <\/strong>Through the development, manufacturing, and sales of oxide single crystals (including sapphire and rutile), industrial-use optical isolators (for fiber laser), and optical fiber sensors, we will work to address environmental issues and continuously improve our environmental management system.<\/li>\n
    2. 2. <\/strong>We will always be aware of the environmental impact of our business activities, products, and services, comply with environmental laws and regulations, make an effort to prevent environmental pollution, and work on the following activities to reduce the environmental impact.\n
        \n
      • Promoting conservation of electricity, city gas, etc. to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.<\/li>\n
      • Promoting waste reduction and recycling through thoroughgoing waste sorting.<\/li>\n
      • Promoting water efficiency with proper use and try to reduce the total amount of drainage.<\/li>\n
      • Promoting proper management of chemical substances in order to prevent environmental pollution.<\/li>\n
      • Reducing environmental impact through green purchasing.<\/li>\n
      • Making efforts to expand sales of eco-friendly products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
