Cz (Czochralski) method
This method is a crystal growth technology that starts with inserting a small seed crystal into a melt in a crucible and pulling the seed upwards, while rotating to grow a single crystal. High-frequency induction heating or resistance heating is mainly used as a heating method. It is suitable for growing large, high quality crystals.
